When you call our office you will be presented with a list of options. Although this may seem impersonal, we have found that it allows for more efficient communication. This same phone number is to be used outside of regular office hours. 

 

We do have a pediatrician on call after normal office hours to answer questions and to help you deal with problems that cannot wait until regular hours. Although we are happy to help you at any time, we do ask you to use this after-hours service ONLY for medical problems that need immediate attention and cannot wait until regular office hours. 

 

After 11:00 pm we utilize the expertise of a well trained emergency triage service. This service can not be used to leave messages of any kind for the physician or staff for the following day. This service is ONLY to be used if you are faced with a true emergency that can not wait until morning. In that event, please call the main office number (717-243-1943) and follow the instructions for how to reach this triage service. You will be connected to a triage nurse who will discuss your concerns and give you appropriate instructions. 

 

Telephone calls regarding prescription refills and problems of a more ongoing nature should wait until the office is open or you may use our portal for these issues.

From downtown Carlisle: Take Hanover Street and turn West onto Willow Street. Bear left and follow Walnut Bottom Road. Turn left At Belvedere Street. Proceed to 2nd building on right. 

 

From North: Head South on 81. Take exist 45. Turn right off exit ramp onto Walnut Bottom Road. Turn right at Belvedere Street. Proceed to 2nd building on right.
